Approximately 12 courtyards are planned for construction and renovation in Avan this year. Additionally, local authorities have initiated the process of reclaiming around 5,000 square meters of illegally occupied land in the administrative district. The work is expected to be completed in the current year.
As part of the project, garages and other illegal structures are also being dismantled.
