Negotiations with residents of blocks of flats 10 and 17 on Arzumanyan Street regarding the reconstruction plan are ongoing. In order to solve the problem of residents of the blocks of flats with the 4th level of emergency, a plan has been developed, according to which a new building will be built on the place of the old one.
"We must always remember that Yerevan Municipality has no obligations in these programs, this is an expression of goodwill, I consider this a solution to the problem of Yerevan residents’ safety. The price of these apartments is nearly zero, and for such apartments Yerevan Municipality has developed a program according to which the residents will first get rent compensation,  then they will be provided with valuable apartments in a building built on the same site," Tigran Avinyan emphasized.

This year, 121 courtyards are planned to be improved in the capital. According to the heads of administrative districts, construction is still ongoing in some courtyards.

This week, 341.589 passengers passed through the unified payment system in the Yerevan Metro.
"For several months now, only one turnstile accepting tokens has been operating at all metro stations, the rest work with the electronic payment system," said Acting General Director of the Metro Babken Sedrakyan.
The metro will completely switch to the electronic payment system from November 1.

During the reporting period, the public order protection service in the administrative territory of Yerevan recorded 491 violations in the fields of urban development, trade and services, as well as public utilities, of which 112 were related to poor organization of construction sites.
