39 new elevators, repair of 6926 sq/m of flat roofs, asphalt paving of 13530 sq/m of courtyards. In 2024, large-scale repair, construction and restoration work was carried out in Avan administrative district.
This year alone, 10 courtyards were well-arranged, 14 thousand sq/m of areas were cleared up, 18 entrances of blocks of flats were repaired, about 780 linear meters of sewer pipes were installed, 223 benches, 90 garbage bins, 37 playgrounds, 20 units of sports equipment were installed.
The priority presented by the residents of the district was taken into account, as a result of which 350 sq/m of sidewalks were tiled, 463 linear meters of curbs were repaired.
In 2025, the projects will expand, and residents will receive a more comfortable, beautiful and clean Avan.
