Management of blocks of flats

The management bodies of the blocks of flats /condominiums/ follow the requirements of the RA laws “On condominiums”, “On the management of blocks of flats” and the RA Government decision N1161-N made on October 4,2007.
The surface of flat roofs of the blocks of flats in Yerevan is 1236751 sq m, 638609 sq m of which have been renovated since 2012 up to now; the total surface of sloping roofs is 2230745 sq m, 359050 sq m of which have been renovated since 2012.
The residential blocks of flats of Yerevan have 12902 entrances, 8590 entrances and porches have been renovated since 2012.
There are 3613 refuse chutes in the blocks of flats, 316 of which have been conserved by the decision of the owners.
 

Elevators facility

There are 4428 elevators in 2311 blocks of flats of Yerevan and their service and exploitation is carried out by the elevators services of the organizations and condominiums qualified by the MES. Of the 4428 elevators 4044 ones are passenger elevators and 384 ones are for loads. In 2019, AMD 855.308.400 was disbursed from the budget of Yerevan for renovation of elevators, and 20 elevators are to be modernized and replaced with new ones.ailable in armenian version.
