1.    The Republic of Armenia has received financing from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) toward the cost of the Yerevan Urban Development Investment Project. Part of this financing will be used for payments under the Contract named above. 
2.    Scope of Services:
The selected consultant will provide legal expertise to support the LARP implementation for the Isakov-Arshakunyats Road Link, ensuring compliance with Armenian legal requirements and ADB Safeguard Policy Statement (SPS) 2009. 
The key responsibilities include:
•    Legal compliance monitoring of LARP activities
•    Supporting expropriation proceedings and court-related matters
•    Providing legal assistance to affected persons (APs)
•    Handling grievance redress and dispute resolution
•    Ensuring proper legal documentation and state registration of acquired properties
3.    Qualification Requirements:
•    Bachelor’s degree in Law, specializing in Property Law
•    Minimum 7 years of legal experience, with expertise in land acquisition, expropriation, and administrative legal processes
•    Strong knowledge of Armenian land laws and ADB’s Safeguard Policy
•    Proficiency in Armenian and English (written and spoken)
