1.    The Republic of Armenia has received financing from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) toward the cost of the Yerevan Urban Development Investment Project. Part of this financing will be used for payments under the Contract named above. 
2.    Yerevan Municipality (“the Employer”), invites eligible Bidders to carry out an audit of the Annual Project Financial Statements (APFS) for ADB Loan 4371-ARM project for fiscal years ending 31 December 2024, 31 December 2025, 31 December 2026, 31 December 2027 and for the period ending 31 March 2028 (loan’s original Closing Date).

4.    The auditor must be authorized to practice in the country and be capable of applying the agreed auditing standards. The auditor should have adequate staff, with appropriate professional qualifications and suitable experience, including experience in auditing the accounts of projects or entities comparable in nature, size and complexity to the project or entity whose audit they are to undertake. EOI’s will be evaluated in accordance to the least cost selection (LCS) method described in ADB’s Guidlines on the Selection of Consulting Seervices (2017, as amended from time to time).
